What Better Time to Move Ahead...

4/6/2020

Comments

While "distance learning" can certainly be stressful for all of us, what better way to relieve some stress than by exercising your creative side?  As we have seen on the news, youtube, facebook and many other media of which I am not aware of, music can be a very therapeutic activity to engage in. Why not pursue online private jazz instruction?
We have some great online teachers who understand what our program is and where you are at - At least one of them offers a free lesson!!
  • Jim Piela - saxophone and improvisation on all instruments, https://youtu.be/2h__gt7lK68
  • Connor Pietrzak - trumpet, "Adam" routine and improvisation, https://youtu.be/Wg1HTA6GCc4
  • Dan Wallach - jazz, saxophone and our Jazz II director, saxydal1@gmail.com

and one of our former students who is currently a student at Lawrence University -
  • Sebastian Romam - saxophone and improvisation, phone: 608-692-4417 (call or text), email: namorseb@gmail.com

Please remember as well any former private teachers you've had - this is a great time to move forward in your personal musicianship while supporting our musical community.

Stay Safe
