Why are Concessions important?

Concession event staffing provides a large portion of the funding used to support music in the Sun Prairie Middle Schools and High School.  Volunteering helps raise money for the school and it also helps raise money for your student.  Here is just a sample of what these funds help support:

  • Band trips to nearby colleges and high schools
  • Hands-on time with highly renowned clinicians and great music clinics
  • Sound of Sun Prairie fees and equipment
  • Solo ensemble

Please consider assisting with one or more of the upcoming events.  Not only will you be helping our music program but you will also get to know many great parents and students.

What is currently available for Concessions?

Here are the immediate needs (see the "All Events" link for the entire list).

  • WIAA Wrestling - Event runs Thursday, February 23 through Saturday, February 25.  Please see the event link below for details. 
  • UW Hockey - Need help for all games - see the event list below.  Hockey season ends February 18th!!!

  • UW Basketball - Help needed for all games - see the event list below. Basketball season ends March 4th!!!

    • Click Here To view "All Events" as well as who is signed up to work (as of February 3, 400 PM).  ** NOTE: To protect your email information from email sniffing applications the spreadsheet now requires a password to view.  When prompted enter 'booster' (no quotes) to open the file.**
    • Please remember it is your responsibility to check your home and work calendars before signing up for an event.  In the event that you can not work we would like to have workers notify us immediately and then begin looking for their own replacements. It is important that we hit our stand minimum for each event.  Our contract with the W Club states that we must meet worker minimums for each game or face the possibly losing a percentage of our profits.  Thank you for your help.
